TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
4 All Web Solutions provides various hosting services subject to the customer's compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES AN UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICE. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the services.

4 All Web Solutions will have the final say on what constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions. 

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. No advice or information given by 4 All Web Solutions shall create a warranty. The only exception to this shall be that 4 All Web Solutions will not charge its fixed monthly hosting fees if the hosting service is not available for 99.9% of the given month, and the fault is directly caused by equipment operated by 4 All Web Solutions, or a mistake made by 4 All Web Solutions.
Under no circumstances shall 4 All Web Solutions be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered which is claimed to result from use of or inability to use the service, or the customer's reliance on or use of information services or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, interruptions, errors, delays, defects, service interruptions caused by its own negligence, subscriber's errors or omissions, or due to the fault of third parties. or any failure of performance.  This includes loss of data

The customer is responsible for maintaining backups of their site content.

The registered owner of an account is responsible for the actions of all parties using that account.

4 All Web Solutions reserves the right to send email notices to communicate with its customers through email, issues related to billing, as well as changes, additions and modifications to the network. It is the responsibility of the customer to check email sent to the primary login email address on the account.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact 4 All Web Solutions to provide and maintain accurate contact information of any changes to their account, such as phone number, address, email address, credit card information, etc. Customers will be required to provide verification for security purposes authorizing them to make any changes to that account.

CHANGES IN TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
4 All Web Solutions reserves the right to add, delete, or modify changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. All changes in this Agreement will be posted on-line via the 4 All Web Solutions website. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to keep informed of such changes by reading the Agreement located at http://www.4allwebsolutions/termsOfUse.html. Changes in service fees being effective only at the end of any period for which the Customer has prepaid. Utilization of the service by the Customer following the effective date of such change shall constitute acceptance by the Customer of such change(s). 4 All Web Solutions may also refuse to offer service without notice to any present or future persons/company that currently has or applies for a server account. This also includes if 4 All Web Solutions feels the site inappropriate due to, but not limited to, adult-oriented sites; pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or provide links to adult content elsewhere, profanity; violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or general misuses of the server assigned at the time agreement is entered into or for any reason discontinues offering services.

DOMAIN NAME:
If 4 All Web Solutions shall acquire an Internet Domain Name on behalf of the Customer, then in such case the Customer hereby waives any and all claims which it may have against 4 All Web Solutions, for any loss, damage, claim or expense arising out of or in relation to the registration of such Domain Name in any on-line or off-line network directories, membership lists or registration lists, or the release of the Domain Name from such directories or lists following the termination of the providing of this service by 4 All Web Solutions for any reason.

FREE SETUP
4 All Web Solutions Free setup includes minimal requirements to enable the end-user to launch a single site. Any additional setup requirements requested by the end-user will be at extra cost.

CANCELLATION:
Transferring your domain to another provider does not constitute canceling your 4 All Web Solutions account. You must notify 4 All Web Solutions in writing at least 30 days before cancellation to formally cancel your account to avoid further charges.

Any web hosting account deemed to be adversely affecting server performance, security, stability, or integrity of 4 All Web Solutions systems, will result in immediate account termination without prior notice and the notification of the relevant authorities.

CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS:
4 All Web Solutions does not allow adult-oriented sites; pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or provide links to adult content elsewhere. Furthermore, storing, posting, displaying or facilitating the transmission of child pornography is strictly prohibited. Violators will be suspended immediately and reported to the proper law enforcement authorities. 4 All Web Solutions also prohibits the transmission of illegal content through its networks. This includes copyright infringement of music, movies and software. Violations of server and network security (“hacking”) are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. This includes using 4 All Web Solutions networks or equipment to transmit viruses, spyware and/or ad ware.

It is strictly forbidden to post, write or display any messages of hate or to display cartoons, photos or images that may be offending to specific groups, religions, nationalities or beliefs. If 4 All Web Solutions encounters such violations it will immediately and PERMANENTLY disable any accounts and without any warning. There is never any refund in any of these cases.

SPAMMING:
4 All Web Solutions prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial emails via its network, irrespective of whether it affects the server or network resources. This policy includes, but is not limited to, maintaining an open SMTP policy and facilitating the sending or receiving of spam (both directly and indirectly). Violators will face immediate suspension and/or legal action, without prior notice. 4 All Web Solutions reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of this provision.

BILLING/REFUNDS:
Every web hosting package comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you find that we could not help or service you with your needs, you will be given a full refund. After this time period has passed by, no refund is given. Plans that are subscribed yearly are not eligible for refunds after 30 days.

All customers are given a 3 day grace period. After this time, all accounts and related domain name registrations will be temporarily suspended until paid in full. Chargeback’s from customers will include a $25 service charge as well as NSF cheques.

Each plan is subject to a surcharge in the event usage exceeds the allotted bandwidth for that plan. Customer is responsible for charges related to bandwidth exceeding the plan's allotted data transfer.
There is never any refund for Violations in any case.
